Livingston is back from yet another incredible tour of Japan with his friend and hit songwriter Karla Bonoff sharing the stage with him. Thanks to those who attended their brilliant Billboard Live shows in Tokyo, Yokohama and Osaka. LIV AND THE BBC ORCHESTRA - UPCOMING RELEASE

Livingston and Tony award-winning arranger, composer & producer Bill Elliott began their association in the early 1970s. Hired to play with the North Carolina Symphony in 1983, Livingston and Bill assembled a crowd-pleasing combination of Livingston’s original songs, soaring standards, and witty medleys. Forty years later – with a favorable alignment of stars and a bit of hustle – Livingston and Bill had the opportunity to record in London with the BBC Concert Orchestra. This collaboration has created a fresh, tuneful, crackling-with-energy “must book” live performance for all ranges of Symphony pops programs.

The alchemy of new original LT songs, updated charts, Livingston playing acoustic guitar and banjo, and fifty-eight classical musicians performing Bill’s big, broad "paint the barn red" arrangements ignited a remarkable musical moment.
