'CAROLINA IN MY MIND' - LIVINGSTON WITH THE BBC CONCERT ORCHESTRA
'Carolina in My Mind' is a song originally written and performed by brother, James Taylor. James wrote 'Carolina in My Mind' while in England recording for the Beatles' label Apple Records. The song's themes reflect James' homesickness at the time and references his years growing up in the beautiful state of North Carolina.
Livingston recorded his own version of this wonderful song at the Maida Vale BBC Studio in London on June 23, 2023. He was accompanied by the world renowned BBC Concert Orchestra and Tony Award winning Broadway and Hollywood composer, Bill Elliott.
